is the online label
designer? |

The
online label designer
is a unique tool that
allows you to select
and personalize your
wine label from hundreds
of pre-designed label
templates. The online
label designer allows
you to personalize
up to 4 lines of text
and 30 characters
per line to add a
custom message to
any of our original
label designs. Once
you have personalized
your label, you will
select your favorite
wine from our broad
portfolio of varieties
and vineyards to create
a truly custom wine,
perfect for any special
event or gift. |

ordering wine? |

currently offer custom
labels only for wine
orders, and do not
sell the labels independently. |

before it gets printed

can see it on-line.
You will be also able
to view your label
on-line before submitting

font types and sizes
for pre-designed labels
were carefully selected
for their aesthetic
appeal and their ability
to fit in the spaces
provided on the labels.
Each label usually
offers 13 to choose
from, though depending
on the design. |

How
will my labels be
printed? |

Our
labels are printed
using a direct-to-digital
process, which ensures
quick turnaround times
while maintaining
extremely high image
quality standards. |

Is
there an extra charge
for custom images? |

There
is one-time design
fee for custom graphics.
This fee includes
design and set-up,
color matching, scanning,
and printing. Remember,
this is a one-time
set-up charge and
you can re-order as
often as you like.
We electronically
archive your label
for future orders,
thereby eliminating
any additional graphics
fees on re-orders.

How
long will it take
to process my order? |

Typically,
it takes about 3 days
on in-house production
time to process a
pre-designed label,
and about 5 days for
a custom image label
order. The production
process time does
not include shipping.

is your return policy? |

Our
return policy is simple.
If you are not completely
satisfied with your
order, please return
it within 30 days
of your purchase and
we will gladly offer
a refund or exchange.
If you receive a corked
or damaged shipment,
please contact our
customer service department
and we will replace
your order at no cost
to you. (Please note
that in the case of
regular returns, we
will only refund the
cost of the merchandise.
Shipping, handling,
and design fees will
only be refunded if
the return was a result
of our error.) |

are Speedex for Greece
and UPS for the other

Why
do you recommend that
the wine be shipped
to a specific address? |

Due
to the alcoholic content
of our product, we
recommend that there
be an adult present
at the time of delivery.
We apply "Adult
Signature Required"
stickers on all our
wine shipments to
prevent minors from
receiving our packages.
The courier must receive
an adult signature
and ask for proof
of legal drinking
age before wine is
released. The courier
will not leave wine
packages unattended,
even if customer signs
a release. |

order is a 1-bottle

are shipping costs

shipments are both
bulky and heavy, and

system and a signature

drinking age. The

factors accounts for
the high cost of wine
